It has been great dealing with these guys for 10+ years. Heather was very helpful and quick to resolve a discrepancy with my account earlier this year. The facility and all units are well maintained and is very clean. I have been with this company for a while because their pricing is also very competitive. From the the instant phone call( Thank you to this lovely bubbly lady) after requesting a quote online to very end of my experience.Heather was amazing. Best customer service, she was very thorough with my transition going about showing me around 2 options of space needed for my needs, and paperworks. Very friendly and very helpful. A friend of a friend recommended this place and I too recommend this too. I organised a U-Tow Trailer which was to be picked up from All Secure Self Storage Auckland Airport. I booked it online the day before. When I arrived they were expecting me which was great. Charlie helped me to login to the U-Tow Kiosk and helped fit the trailer to my car. I had a removable tow bar installed but hadn't tested it yet and discovered that it didn't fit. Charlie helped me to try fit it which we couldn't and I had to go to a local garage to have it grinded. When I returned Charlie helped again and we got it all fitted. Thanks Charlie.

I stored my vehicle and things here when I had to leave overseas for a family emergency. The night before I was leaving, my car was in a hit and run and got totalled. I was a wreck scrambling to deal with this all and get my vehicle to storage and these guys were so awesome. They made the whole ordeal much more bareable as I sorted everything while abroad.
