Always dry in my unit- even after heavy rain. No condensation drips. Floors were clean . Hardly any dust settled on our gear. Used the free trailer which has a handy ramp attached. Clean toilet on site. Thelma is really helpful. I would use this company again.

The team at All Secure is super friendly and extremely helpful.These guys are a great team, making sign up fast and stress free, allowing us to focus on the move. The office is fully stocked with all the packing and storing requirements, having a massive range of boxes and packaging items.The facility has first class security and cctv, along with being very clean and tidy and dry. Came into the store but unfortunately couldn't sign up as the units at Sylvia park don't allow access for cars. Other than that Sam was very informative and was still happy to show me around as I do need a big unit in the future. They offer insurance and free trailer hire too. Which you can't find anywhere else.

Sam was very helpful with the whole process. Everything I needed he sorted and made everything go smoothly, as I was going through a rough time. He was patient with me and understanding to my situation. He helped me out by offering a great deal. Highly recommended! He was also saying hes only been with the company not very long. If that's the case he's doing a remarkable job. The process made me feel like a person and not just another sale. Have spread the word to friends and family!

Only problem is no light in the storage room. Hard to see where the movers put stuff. The lift is really clunky. That is unsettling to say the least. Otherwise it is fine. Clean inside and appears to be dry. Only winter will tell.
