EDIT: two years on and we're moving our household effects out, no issues with damp, leak, mould or insect/rodent damage. Staff have continued to be super helpful - including going through access records and making phone calls to identify that a piece of artwork I left in the corridor (!) belonged to me. Impressive level of service.This facility was recommended to us by an existing customer and it was easy to see why. It's an excellent central location and in an area that feels safe even when I pop in after dark. Well laid out. Good range of storage options. Absolute bonus having staff on site; Karina was very helpful when I dropped in to see what they had available. She had good advice about the size of locker we needed (way smaller than I expected). Security measures seem robust and effective. Gate codes are easy to use. Being on the top floor is no hassle given the availability of dollies and a decent goods elevator. Well designed facility, air on that top floor in corridors and locker is dry and feels clean even after prolonged rain. I doubt that would be the case in a container.

I've been dealing with All-Secure Whanganui for more than a year, and would thoroughly recommend both the wonderful team and the facilities. As a customer, you are made to feel welcome from the very start by Karina and Mike, who run a very no-fuss, efficient and friendly operation. Facilities are secure, clean, tidy and easy to access with lifts and trolleys. There is a convenient shop onsite that sells everything storage-related you might need at reasonable prices. Move-in, access, and move-out process all very easy and no-fuss.Thanks again Mike and Karina - great work from a great All-Secure team. It was a pleasure being a customer!

Could not ask for better service or a better facility. Recently moved house and needed a space to store a lot of gear. All Secure were able to offer me a unit. It is clean, dry and most of all - All Secure. Great work from a great team.

All Secure is a place you can be confident will keep whatever you store clean dry and vermin free and absolutely secure. We have had our household effects stored for more than a year now and Karina has been very friendly and helpful to us. I forgot my lock when we first stored our stuff and Karina had one on hand, along with all the other bits you need when packing and moving. Thank you.

The team at All Secure Self Storage are wonderful to deal with. The make things really easy. As when you are shifting in they realise the pressure and work hard to make things as easy as they can for you. The facilities are wonderful, they are clean and dry. They also have trolleys of different sizes for you to use when shifting in. They are also prepared with padlocks for purchase.

Really secure and affordable. They are also very clean and tidy. You can come and go as you get your own code and only you know it. 24/7 security and the best thing is when the staff are there, they are always good for a yak.

Found a unit for me at very short notice near closing time. Security is fantastic, super easy to deal with, and the units were clean and tidy. Also a big range of storage appropriate boxes, plastic covers and padlocks etc in their shop. Will be using them again in future.
