Clean and dry facilities and good storage. Difficult to contact someone actually in the office but they do have another site in Taupo. Also take a step ladder if you are a shortie to close the roller door with as they are very high.

Clare has been fantastic to deal with and so very helpful. I am based in Brisbane, Australia and the storage unit has family items after our dad passed away.Clare helped to get everything sorted despite us being overseas, and with no hassles.Really recommend this business to others.

Top quality facilities, very happy always clean and if you do get your hands dirty or need to use the toilet facilities are onsite. Also very happy with the security, access hours are changed seasonally so no one is loitering around in the night hours. I see they prune the vegetation from the fence lines to maintain electric fence security as well, very impressed. Staff are very friendly and helpful and there is also a trailer on site if required. Highly recommend.

Excellent storage facility with a toilet and shower available on site. Friendly customer service, up to speed with accounting, reminders, overdue account technicalities including generating personalized catch-up payment plans tailored to your situation because they genuinely care. I accidentally locked myself inside after hours but was fortunate to be let out not long after by after hours security waiving the $50 call out fee.Noting that, only 4/5 stars for not being a 24 hour 7 days a week service.

I love my little lockup unit at All Secure, Taupo! Easy to get into and out of with pin codes and electric gates. Very secure, and best of all I really enjoy dealing with Rodney and Clare when I need to, or to just say hi. All my locked up possessions are dry and safe.

We have almost unpacked everything and haven't found any creepy crawlies or other nasties.Nothing smells damp.Very impressed with everything. We would highly recommend Alcatraz.ThanksMaz and Brian.I would like to say how great my experience was with Claire and her team at Taupo All Secure, over the last six months that my furniture was stored.
